Nick has been working in the hair industry for more than 15 years since 1996. His customers love him for being creative and always being there for them whenever they needed a change, a new look, a new perspective and a new life.
Having been a catalyst of change for others, Nick has decided its now time for himself to also make one of the most important changes in his life. Foregoing his stable income as an employee of a renowned and prestigious salon chain, he has embarked on his new journey, and he does so during such a time when the world is hit by the COVID pandemic. Deepak Chopra, a famous American author once said, "All great changes are preceded by chaos". Undaunted by fear, Nick fully understands "it's not about standing still and becoming safe", says Miles Davis, the well-known American jazz musician from the 1940s.
With a strong conviction in mind, and the encouragement from many of his customers who have become his friends, he now runs his own hair salon - CHANGEMAKER HAIR STUDIO
Nick hopes he can continue to be the changemaker to improve the lives of his customers. While Malala Yousafzai says "one child, one teacher, one book, and one pen can change the world", Nick is going to do so with his scissors.
